Chuck Bagley is currently a Human Resources Manager for Facilities Management at the University of Maryland College Park for the past fifteen years. He is primarily responsible for staffing and performance management, but also gets involved in employee relations matters and position management as needed. Prior to his tenure at UMCP Chuck worked for twelve years as a Voc Rehab Counselor with the MD Division of Rehabilitation Services, helping people with disabilities prepare for and find employment. He also has experience working as a vocational counselor for Workers Compensation claims at a private insurance company. Chuck has been involved in APPA since 2002 and is an active member of the MD/DC Chapter.  Chuck has a Bachelor’s degree in History from Messiah College and is a member of SHRM – the Society for Human Resource Management.
