Kevin Mann is the Director of Physical Plant at Salisbury University. He joined the Physical Plant team in 1989 and has served as the Work Order/Preventative Maintenance Coordinator, Energy Manager, Assistant Director of Physical Plant for Building Trades, and the Interim Director of Physical Plant. Kevin holds a MBA and a BA in Marketing from Salisbury University. He also holds an AA in General Studies from Prince George’s Community College. Salisbury University is a 145 acre campus with 50 buildings, including 10 residence halls, and 1.4 million square feet located in Salisbury, Maryland. Kevin has previously served on the MD/DC APPA Board as well as serving as the Chapter President. He was a co-chair for the 2008 ERAPPA annual meeting and is currently on the ERAPPA Board.
