Mona Bernard is currently the Work Control Supervisor in Facilities Management at The George Washington University. She manages a 24/7 Customer Service Center that handles all service requests for the University’s three campuses, including residence halls. Her employment in FM began in 1995 as the Executive Assistant to the Assistant Director of Operations and Maintenance. Since then, she has gained experience in work management, information systems, project management, purchasing and report writing. Mona served on several University committees including several Customer Service Initiatives. She holds an MBA and BS degree from Howard University, and is a certified Facilities Management Administrator (FMA) and Real Property Administrator (RPA) from BOMI since 2004. Mona graduated from the APPA Institute in 2007.
