Nancy Yeroshefsky is the Assistant Director for Human Resources for Facilities Management at the University of Maryland College Park. She has worked for UMCP's Facilities Management organization since 1990, and has over 25 years of experience in a variety of human resources positions. In her current position, she is responsible for the management and oversight of all human resources functions for a staff of over 800 facilities employees. Nancy has been an active member of APPA for her entire tenure at the University of Maryland. She was a co-developer of APPA's Supervisors Toolkit training program and is one of the Master Trainers now presenting the program.
