Richard Weil is the Senior Project Manager for the Facilities Planning & Construction Department at The Catholic University of America (CUA) in Washington, D.C. He manages large design and construction projects and has been working there for over 18 years. Prior to joining CUA, Richard worked with architectural firms, developers and builders. He serves on several committees at CUA, including the Academic Safety Committee and the Radiation Safety Committee. He has also been an active member of MD/DC APPA for over a decade, including serving on the Board of Directors and having graduated from the Facilities Institute. He has served as chair of the Town & Gown Committee of Montgomery College, Takoma Park campus. The Catholic University of America campus encompasses almost 200 acres with 55 major buildings in the Nation’s capital.
