The purpose of the MD/DC Chapter of the Eastern Region Association of Higher Education Facilities Officers is to:
  • Develop and Plan the Administration, Care, Operation and Maintenance of Higher Education Facilities;
  • Promote Professional Ideas and Standards to Better Serve the Objectives of Higher Education;
  • Promote the Exchange of Information in all Phases of Education Facilities Planning, Design, Construction, Operation and Maintenance, Particularly with Reference to Problems of Special Interest to Institutions Located in the Region;
  • Engage in Related Activities That May be Desirable or Required to Fulfill the Purpose and Objectives of the Organization;

The Maryland/D.C. Chapter is chartered by the Association of Higher Education Facilities Officers [APPA] and is a member unit of the Eastern Region Association of Higher Education Facilities Officers [ERAPPA].

The ERAPPA Annual Meeting will be held in Baltimore Maryland in the Fall of 2008. Please review this site often as details are finalized for this exciting event!!
