If you would like to apply for one of the scholarship opportunities, print the application for the scholarship that you are applying for and fill out the forms and have your supervisor and your APPA Institutional Representative write an endorsement of your application for the scholarship. Once this is complete, mail of FAX the completed material to Michelle Frederick , the MD/DC Educational Chairperson.
