Sponsorship opportunities are now open for Business Partners at the 2024 Annual MD/DC APPA Educational Program. The annual meeting will be on June 12-14, 2024, at the Turf Valley Resort in Ellicott City, MD. This year’s educational program will have a different format than the previous years, The format for the MD/DC APPA summer meeting will consist of a variety of mini-educational sessions with topics including Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Facilities; Costs of Maintaining Facilities, Hybrid VRF Heat Recovery Systems, and Building Enclosures and Building Commissioning. Additionally, we will also be offering APPA’s Supervisor’s Toolkit (for an additional fee to cover the cost of the manual and the extra night hotel stay), presented by Michelle Frederick. MD/DC APPA appreciates and understands how valuable business partners are to the success of the annual meeting. Our program allows and encourages Business Partners to participate in interactive education sessions and multiple networking opportunities. We also appreciate the solutions that Business Partners bring to our institutions.
This year, all sponsorship levels will be $ 1,375. Your sponsorship includes attendance for one person for all of the conference activities, participation in all the mini-educational sessions, a space for your company’s promotional display in the conference area, an opportunity to be recognized to the general audience (if requested), many opportunities for one-on-one contact with institutional reps throughout the conference, and a list of attendees emailed at the conclusion of the conference. If you need to add a hotel room for Thursday, it can be added for a discounted rate of $125 for one person. Sponsorships are available for the following conference events:
Additional members of your company can register at the standard rate of $525.00, through our website shown below. This will open soon. This fee includes their full participation and lodging for Thursday night. If no lodging is needed for Thursday night the standard rate will be $400.00. We also have a spouse/guest rate of $175.00 if no hotel stay is required for the guest.
